What would happen if your computer went down?

Behind the scenes, there is plenty going on inside a computer - though it may seem like elves running in treadmills for all that we can tell. For many, it is preferable to think about it that way - we have enough on our minds as it is.

The professionals at C4 Tech & Design know how computers work, from the hardware to the software level, and everything in between. They are experienced at troubleshooting computer malfunctions, and knowledgeable about common problems. Although many computer situations are unique due to the vast spectrum of hardware and software and their possible combinations, C4 techs have the skills needed to find solutions for you.

Call (504) 896-TECH and C4 will send a tech to you. Many problems can be solved on-site and quickly. If necessary, we can take your computer to our shop and bring it back to you when we are done.

Computer Upgrades and Recurring Support

C4 can help you keep your computer running smoothly and securely and help optimize your computer set-up at home or the office. We can recommend appropriate upgrades personalized for your situation and install most any hardware upgrade you're interested in.

We can install a wireless or wired internet sharing solution and we offer networking support for networks of all sizes. Windows and Linux/UNIX support is also available on an as needed or contract basis.

Pricing and Hours

Our tech support staff is available Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 3pm. Techs are available to work after hours upon request at after hour rates.

We're available by phone at (504) 896-TECH (896-8324) Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am - 3pm.

Our typical rates are $90 an hour with a two hour minimum for business and government customers. We offer a discounted rate of $70 an hour with a minimum of two hours for service to home and nonprofit customers.

We offer further discounted rates for in-shop service, if you prefer to drop your computer off to us. Our shop and offices are located at 8219 Oak Street in New Orleans and are open Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 3pm.
