Our experienced techs will come to your home or office and take care of what ails your computer. We can handle troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, networking, wireless support, Windows, Macintosh, Linux/UNIX, security, and more.

In-shop Computer Repair
We offer the same services as our on-site tech support for computers brought to our shop at 8219 Oak Street in New Orleans. For a flat fee we will diagnose what will be required to fix your computer and will apply that fee towards any additional labor needed to get your computer up and running again. We are open Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 3pm.

Pricing
Our typical rates are $90 an hour with a two hour minimum for business and government customers. We offer a discounted rate of $70 an hour with a minimum of two hours for service to home and nonprofit customers.
We offer further discounted rates for in-shop service, if you prefer to drop your computer off to us. Our shop and offices are located at 8219 Oak Street in New Orleans and are open Monday through Friday from 9am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 3pm. View in-shop pricing PDF
